Based in Llanrwst, their shop is open all week in the lead up to bonfire night. With many displays cancelled this year why not pop over and look through the amazing selection for your own home display...

Pensychnant Nature Reserve.

From this evening's wander around Pensychnant nature reserve, kindly organised through Conwy Camera Club. With 150 acres of woodland and farm land you could loose yourself for hours in its outstanding natural beauty.

Aber Falls

The summer solstice brings the only week of the year that sunset light shines on Aber Falls, so with the weather being so nice Friday evening it would have been rude not to take a walk up with the camera...

Mr King

Went for a wander down to the Spinnes nature reserve this morning hoping to catch a glimpse of Mr and Mrs Kingfisher, the reservoir had a thin sheet of ice covering the top so not much fishing going on, however Mr King kept popping by to see how things were doing...

Young Stag

A couple of weeks back I signed up to take part in a Red Deer rutting workshop run by Gary Jones Wildlife Photography, well today was the day and it was pretty epic! Not much in the way of rutting but still plenty to see not to mention how close we were able to get, and the experience...

I've 1,190 images to sift through, so keep an eye out and I'll post some of the best over the next few days...

Red Kite

A couple of weeks back, I had the chance to pop in to Gigrin Farm in Mid-Wales and photograph to amazing Red Kites.

In 1993 only 3 Red Kites were left in the area, one of which being a female. Over the years the work Gigrin and the RSPB has seen the numbers grow to over 400... With daily feedings, you can pop down and take your pick of several hides, sit back and watch the sky fill... I would highly recommend visiting the farm and the surrounding area...
