Another cracking wedding day photographed on Sunday at the Quay Hotel & Spa .
Age should not stop you doing whatever makes your heart sing!
Rhian and Steve had a wonderful day celebrating with their family and closest friends from across Europe.
The extra blowy weather stopped us doing what we had planned for photos, but we definitely made up for it in and around the hotel.
It took way too long for Rhian and Steve to find each other in life, but thankfully they did, and now they are finally married and happy.
Thank you for letting me be a small part of your day, guys. Wishing you a long and happy marriage.

A super fun day on Saturday for Fiona and Andrew’s wedding over in the Trearddur Bay hotel.
Another day that promised rain but was actually pretty nice.
We even had a chance after dinner to pop over the road and use the spectacular coastline for a few minutes. I love nothing better than getting a couple on the rocks for a bit of drama.😁

On Sunday I had the great pleasure of photographing Helen and Vinood’s elopement at Chateau Rhianfa
An absolute dream of an afternoon. They were so easy to work with, always giggling, chatting, and really into each other.
Coming up from Swansea, they wanted to go to the seaside so we jumped in my car and went to Beaumaris for a short while.
Congratulations, Helen and Vinood. Thank you for having me along, I had a ball.

A fantastic day on Saturday photographing Cari and Rhys’ wedding day, in Llansannan, then over to Plas Isaf Country Barn and Gardens for the partying.
Thankfully the weather had calmed down a bit from the super hot days recently, to a more manageable ‘lovely snd warm’.
Everyone was on cracking form, having the best time in the North Wales sunshine. I definitely saw several very pink shoulders and backs on display- oops!
It’s always great to have the bride and groom suggest we go up a mountain, even if it’s a little one, to get some different couple portraits.
Cari and Rhys, thank you so much for having me join you at your wedding. I hope you love the images as much as I do.

A cracking day on Saturday at Hafod Farm for Naomi and Iwan’s wedding.
A beautiful sunny, warm day in the Conwy valley.
It makes a huge difference when the weather plays ball at a venue like Hafod farm. Giving the guests room to play, relax, chill out and make the most of the bstunning scenery we are lucky to have here in North Wales.
A lovely addition to their day was Iwan’s late grandfather’s Austin 7. It really looked the part sat there next to the old farm buildings.
Naomi and Iwan, thanks for having me join you at your wedding. I hope you love the images as much as I do.

On Saturday was my first visit to Talhenbont Hall . It’s a spectacular North Wales wedding venue, even if it does rain all day. The outside is beautiful, matched only by the inside. It really is a wedding photographer’s dream.
Sarah and Daniel were in good form all day, taking the wet weather in their stride. Their friends and family were delightful and made sure everyone had the best time.
One of the main focuses of the day was Sarah’s custom Mini. It’s a work of art, and definitely makes a statement!
A quick word about the food from Cheeky Chilli- wow!
Looking forward to going back to Talhenbont Hall later this summer, with sunnier weather hopefully 🤞

Yesterday I was delighted to photograph Catherine and Michael’s elopement at Tŷ Afon - River House
Such a beautiful day for them both. The forecast said rain, but it just rained up to the ceremony in the afternoon, then it stopped, yay! That meant we could get outside and enjoy Beddgelert.
As it was just the two of them they needed witnesses to make it all legal, so step forward Regan (owner of Ty Afon) and ME (we look way too much like brothers in this photo😁. I’ve been a witness at a few elopements over the years and it’s always a huge privilege.
Thank you Catherine and Michael for you trust, good humour, and willingness to go with my suggestions😁

When one of your favourite families outside your own family say they are baptising their children, how could I say no.
Well, originally I said no because I was photographing a wedding on their original date, so Milly juggled a few things and moved it to yesterday ☺️
A lovely couple of hours spent with them and their families in Gloddaeth church in Llandudno.
