Supporting Food Waste Action Week 2024: 18th - 24th March

Buying local can make a huge difference to reduce our collective food waste and ultimately help to reduce climate change.

I was fortunate to be comissioned to visit Fiona and Alaistaire , just over the border in Suffolk, several times on their beautiful farm. Their set up was truely sustainable and freerange but sadly in recent times have had to bring their hens indoors in response to the bird flu outbreaks.

They are continuing to keep their girls happy undercover. They have 25 flocks across East Anglia which guarantees the freshest eggs delivered to your area.

Next week is Food Waste Action Week and this year the campaign is focusing on 'buying loose'.

A great place to start is by buying local, which will help to reduce both food waste and miles - so win win! Over the last 10 years, I've had the pleasure of photographing some of the most wonderful, passionate, local producers from across East Anglia...

I'll be showcasing some great producers to check out and where could be a better place to start than right on my doorstep.

Babies all over the page!

I just couldn't resisting posting some of the gorgeous baby Hannah, Nicole and Mark from their family shoot last week. We did the shoot at home in Burnham-on-Crouch for a relaxed and informal session, with plenty of cuddles, giggles and gurgles.

From Monday I'll be open to new bookings for family sessions. These include:
