Sunday night I took a mosaic of the veil nebula complex. These are remnants from a star which exploded between 10,000 and 20,000 years ago. It was about 20x the mass of the sun.

Just after totallity the sun starts its return. The first light was split into the rainbow using a really small aperture. Taken just off the Greenland coast on 12th Aughust 2026. Roll on Egypt in 2027
