Early morning trip to Hawsewater.

Nobody around 😄

Dam was originally started in 1929 after Manchester got permission so it could provide water for the city. Flooded the villages of Measand and Mardale Green.

Water level low, but not as far down as I thought it would be.

So today we started with a morning Safari. Within half an hour we saw a very shy male tiger. T46 but as yet not named.
No photograph though.
Other than that fairly quiet in the park.

This afternoon we saw another male crossing the road T30 "Umarpani" and again no photograph. Became very busy with Jeeps so we departed on a hopefully fingers crossed drive.

On our own we turned a corner and get presto.
Female with 3 cubs. T27 "Dhawajhandi"

Absolutely fantastic and an experience!
