THE SHOW 2026 HighlightsThe magic of dance came to life as the talented performers of Dance Fusion took to the stage in Reconnect Howden Park for THE SHOW! From the Pre School and Minis taking their very first steps to the Seniors and Competition Teams bringing pure performance magic, the dedication across the board was unbelievable. A massive production made possible by the passion of Owner Debbie and her incredible teaching team—Jade, Tanya, Chloe, Georgie, and Aliyah. Huge applause to the teaching assistants for the laces tied and nerves calmed backstage, and to Andrew McPherson for keeping it all moving as MC! We were delighted to capture highlights from the performance and preserve these spectacular moments.

On Your Feet 2026 Highlights

The magic of dance came to life as the talented performers of Dancedreams Theatre School took to the stage at the Beacon Arts Centre for On Your Feet! Watching their confidence grow and seeing them shine under the lights makes everyone incredibly proud. From the Little Stars and Junior Ballet right through to the Royal Rebelz and Legacy, every rehearsal and every step showed true dedication.

A wonderful production made possible by the incredible teachers and admin staff, whose passion, patience, and creativity behind the scenes never go unnoticed. A massive well done to the pupils who competed at the World Championships in Belfast and the BATD Scholarships for 2026—outstanding results across the board! Also, a special shoutout from the Royal Rebelz to their official sponsor, ChalkAutos of Inchinnan.

Audio and lighting can make or break a show on camera, so a massive shoutout to Scott and his top-tier crew at Spotlight Event Production. They took complete care of the AV and made the stage look and sound absolute class, making our job behind the lenses an absolute breeze.

Step Back In Time 2026 Highlights
The magic of dance came to life as the talented performers of TOD - Mathieson School of Dance took to the stage at Aberdeen Arts Centre for Step Back In Time! Celebrating an incredible 20th-anniversary milestone, the production was a beautiful blend of the past alongside a touch of the here and now.

From the Twinklesteps and Babies Tap classes taking the spotlight to the Senior Hip Hop and Championship Freestyle Dancers bringing power and elegance, the work ethic and dedication of every pupil were outstanding. A wonderful production made possible by the unwavering passion of founders Miss Fiona and Miss Rachael, alongside the invaluable behind-the-scenes time and care from Louise and their mum. A massive well done to talented family members Kasey-Leigh, Ariana, and Blake for shining on stage!

Highlights The magic of dance came to life as the talented performers of Dancetek took to the stage at Denny High School for A Sky Full of Stars! From the tiniest baby jazz and tap dancers taking their very first steps to the senior classes bringing power and elegance in ballet, acrobatics, and cheerleading, the production was filled with incredible dedication. A wonderful production made possible by the passion of Julie, alongside the teachers, volunteers, and those absolute lifesavers, costume fairies Ayla and Karen B! A massive well done to Dancetek Graduate Lexie Crozier, and a special shoutout to the Ladies Charity Dance for raising funds for The Driving Force. We were delighted to capture highlights from the performance across the 28th and 29th of March 2026 and preserve these magical moments.

Moghimian Arts School Of Performance: A Legacy for Sandra 💃

Here at 1 Studio we've spent the last few days immersed in the 4K masters from The Alhambra Theatre, and this one hits different. "Legacy" wasn't just a title; it was a powerful tribute to the school's greatest fan—Granma Sandra Marshall. While Shirley built the foundation of this incredible school, seeing her daughters Darcy, Holly, and Abbey lead this showcase was a masterclass in passion.

"This year’s performance was deeply personal. Dedicated to the woman who never missed a step, we were incredibly proud to witness the very first 'Sandra Marshall' Award presented to one of our dedicated dancers. To the parents, students, and everyone who filled the amazing Alhambra Theatre—thank you for making this tribute so special. The energy you gave us was incredible and we cannot thank you enough.

With beautiful performances from both the Junior and Senior shows, the production was filled with stunning choreography, storytelling and incredible dedication from dancers of all ages. From the youngest performers taking their first steps on stage to the senior dancers bringing elegance and power to the ballet, it was a truly special show to capture.

🎬✨ Dance Energy presents: A Night at the Movies ✨🎬

A show-stopping celebration of dance as Dance Energy took audiences on a cinematic journey with A Night at the Movies, lighting up the stage with creativity, confidence and pure performance magic.

From adorable Infants and Juniors right through to powerful Seniors, the programme was packed with variety — fast dances, emotional slow numbers, character pieces and solos — all tied together beautifully by the movie theme. From Snow White to Beauty & the Beast, Beyoncé to Raining Men, every routine felt like its own moment on the big screen 🎥✨

With two fantastic performances at 2:00pm and 6:45pm, the dancers delivered energy, storytelling and heart in every section — a real credit to their hard work throughout the year. Huge congratulations to Karen Fraser, her teaching team, and every dancer who took to the stage and absolutely owned it.
