A couple of cool humans, two brilliant kids and a wedding day that was hotttttttttt, but absolutely worth melting for!

I’ve never shot at Dalston Hall before, what a gorgeous venue and they even managed to get married outside which was just stunning. Loads of laughs, good tunes, big feelings and just a gorgeous day - even if England did lose 🤦🏼‍♀️

✨ Ashley and family ✨

I never thought in a milllion years I’d love my beach shoots as much as I did. It was the perfect combination of great weather, amazing families and good vibes all around!

Ashley and her family were a special one for me as she has three boys just like me, not too dis-similar in age, and a gorgeous, gorgeous dog (which I wish we had!)

I’ll be hopefully posting a day for more beach shoots in September! Keep an eye on here!

✨ Annabel and Sam ✨

What a wedding this was, Annabel was a perfect bride, self confessed type A bride in the run up to the wedding so everything was planned to perfection but then on the day let go and trusted the dream team she had assembled and had the best time!

They got married at Gisburn church and then we were treated to the reception at Annabel’s family farm. Such an amazing day!

✨ Katie and Luke ✨

I haven’t posted on here for a really long time, I’m sorry!I’ve been SO busy over the summer and I thought it’s about bloody time that I shared some of what I’ve been up to with you.

Starting with Katie and Luke, who, by sheer coincidence live on the same street as me and have done for a very long time and we have NEVER met each other, but I now class them as my neighbours 🤣

This was such a beautiful day, they got married at the Clocktower in clitheroe library and then we all walked through town to the spinning block bistro at Holmes Mill.

Four nights in Split and Bol, absolutely gorgeous. No notes from me, just the best time and totally needed. Would recommend to anyone.

✨ Eight hours in Edinburgh ✨

Cheeky coffee, a walk up to St Anthony’s Chapel Ruins, a drive down to The Shore, back up to Dean Village, a walk along the river to Stockbridge then back in to the old town for dinner and a glass of wine before the train home. Heaven.

✨ Grace and Greg’s ✨

A week ago and I’m still coming down from Grace and Greg’s wedding, mainly because my feet haven’t touched the floor since, but it was a belter of a day!

Scorching, loads of good food, loooaaads of dancing, drinking Prosecco out of a shoe, possibly the funniest and most entertaining grooms speech ever and crickettttt!

Absolutely frikkin impossible to put in to words Amy and Chris’s wedding yesterday BUT I’ll give it a go so stick with me.

They got married at their gorgeous family home, which I’m now convinced should be a wedding venue 🤣. Their home is on a farm where they keep their horses, alpacas and a pig, plus the dogs and everyone got involved just the way we like it! Even week old foal Maui.

They were lucky enough to have an outdoor ceremony, the first one I’ve photographed this year, rounded off with a jaeger shot - cheers.

The weather played ball for them massively 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 which meant that we were pretty much outside all day enjoying the stunners surroundings. We may have also had some tug of war at some point where it was proved that experience trumps youth - sorry Chris! Hope you had a re-match today.

✨ Cassia and Scott ✨

This couple have such a beautiful energy and yesterday we had the most full on but fabulous day. The day started with Cassia getting ready at her family home which was bloody gorgeous, followed by a special service at the family church with a service by Cassia’s uncle. It was so moving and full of meaning.

After church we travelled over to Longridge House for the reception, I’ve been waiting all year to go back to Longridge House and it was so worth the wait! The staff were fabulous, the food was insane and the grounds and inside are just the perfect backdrop. This was only the second or third large wedding they’ve done since they opened and to be honest it felt like they had been doing it for years!
