I should have gotten up earlier today and explored the woodlands of the New Forest in peace, but I decided to head out late morning when it was a little chaotic, despite the packed car parks, I did find a little bit of peace near Knightwood, and even with the harsh light, I did manage a image that I quite liked.
Next weekend I’m going to be out early and hopefully get that morning light that I have been craving.

A few hours in the Forest is always magical.
Hawkhill is one of my favourite spots around here, and I’m getting to know fairly well.
The woodland feels ancient, and you can really feel how it must have been before we showed up with our cars and technology.

Back to the Dorset Coast today.
I’ve been meaning to get a shot of this for a while, well I have photographed this before but I never got the shot that I liked.
This is the best I have so far, there is more potential here but I’m happy with this for now.
