Yesterday was my last wedding for a few weeks, quite nice to have a little break now ahead of a manic August and September. My first time at Foxfields Country Hotel for the wedding of Fatih & Jake.

Amazing day and we certainly used the time we had to the max, confetti so thick I could hardly see them and a lovely bit of time after the wedding breakfast for photos with the bridal party, who were up for everything. Certainly a complete day and great to work with Drone Fathers again, can't wait to see their video as there were so many laughs.

Yesterday I was back at Barton Manor Hotel for the wedding of Angela & Mark, working for Memories Made Photography this time.

Such an emotional day with so many tears, a lovely dove release which I've not had for ages and a balloon release. Barton Manor is one of the few venues to allow indoor confetti release and the curved stairwell is a great way for evening guests to also be part of your confetti throw.

Saturday's wedding started with a Friday afternoon drive over to East Yorks and an overnight stay ahead of my second farthest wedding of the year.

It was a special one though, it was Sammy & Sam's wedding in the absolutely picturesque setting of Wold View Farm Weddings you literally couldn't have asked for a better setting or better weather.

I've known Sam for a long time, we worked together at Fleetwood Town FC for a few great years, in the Uwe Rosler & Joey Barton days. Some special times and I was honoured they asked me to be part of their amazing wedding. Sammy looked absolutely stunning.

Great to work with Johnny Mango videographer and Jason who also worked for him on the day.

On Saturday I was at Lytham Hall for Caroline & Tor's wedding. Caroline grew up being able to roam and play in the grounds of this stunning venue, which is why it was chosen for such a special day. My first time doing a wedding here and it didn't disappoint.

Second wedding of last weekend was for Kelsey & Paul, their ceremony was at Chorley Registry and celebrations after at Charnock Richard FC.

Busy busy weekend, with Saturday and Sunday weddings.

On Saturday Shannon & Alex got married at Heskin Hall, a lovely day made even better with the presence of their beautiful dog Crosby. A complete star all day. We made full use of the grounds and time available at this wonderful venue.

After a couple of weeks off I was back to it on Saturday for Freya & Joe's wedding at Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston. A lovely day with the weather holding for them and staying dry until late in the evening.

Evening entertainment from the brilliant Venezuela Venezuela Band kept everyone on the dance floor.

A busy Easter weekend meant weddings on Saturday and Sunday, first up were Liz & Tim and we were dealing with a very challenging wind during photos!

Those on the left of the confetti walk suffered the most being sandblasted by dried petals!! There were some lovely touches during their day and Brockholes Nature Reserve proving amazing hosts again.

Great to work with Drone Fathers who're videographers and Immy May make up. Tims dad was DJ with old school vinyl assisted by the Groom!
