Any of my Facebook friends fancy going this great event, family bicycle ride from Prestatyn to Abergele and back. It's a great charity event I've supported for a few years now with plenty of pics from the day

Dear friends and family next year will be the 10th anniversary of me being diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML)
It will also be the 10th anniversary for the North Wales Coast Bikeathon Which shall be held on Saturday, the 6th of July 2019. Please can all my friends and family (whether you’ve done it before or not) join me raising vital research funds and also awareness of blood cancer.
On behalf of Bloodwise Flint I would like to thank you all for your continued support as a branch we have raised over £165,000 let’s just try and smash the £200,000 figure
