🌈💨 Haydn Cruickshank putting on a smoke show at Combe.

Unfortunately I only managed to catch Haydn Cruickshank for one session and from one part of the circuit — with the amount of incidents and stoppages throughout the day, opportunities were a little limited!

Safe to say he made that one session worth shooting though. 😂🔥

💨 Shane Faber — smoke screen activated.

Shane Faber putting the E46 M3 exactly where it belongs at Castle Combe — sideways, on lock and disappearing into a cloud of its own making. 😂🔥

Certainly not much concern for tyre longevity here…

🔴 Driven properly. Battle scars included. 😂

Alistair Clark throwing the red AE86 around Castle Combe at Performance Action Day — looking absolutely glorious before picking up a few extra… character marks along the way. 😬😂

Nothing a little cable tie engineering won’t sort. 👀

🏁 Not everything at Performance Action Day had four wheels and a roof…

From go-karts absolutely flying, to grass-track machines and people sending racing lawnmowers across Castle Combe 😂🔥

Honestly, the variety is half the reason I love shooting these events — if it’s got an engine and someone’s willing to race it, I’m pointing a camera at it. 📸

🔥 Reece Parr — Performance Action Day 2026

Another familiar face out causing trouble at Castle Combe. 😂

Reece parr throwing the E36 around exactly as intended — plenty of angle, plenty of smoke and that Parr’s Paint livery looking 👌 until it wasn’t but we don’t need to show that today.

Right… apparently I’m allowed to post my photos now. 😂📸

After Ella completely stole the show with the first set, it’s finally my turn.

Starting with Marcus Padfield doing what Marcus does best — plenty of angle, plenty of smoke and absolutely no sympathy for the rear tyres. 🔥💨

📸 Performance Action Day — through Ella’s lens!

Something a little different for my first post from Castle Combe…

I brought Paige and Ella along and gave my 9-year-old daughter a camera to see what she could capture.

Every photo in this post was taken by Ella. ❤️

I’ve edited them for her, but only by applying a preset and cropping/rotating where needed. The framing, timing and photos themselves are all hers.

And this is only the beginning… 👀

Ella now has her own little photography page, managed by Paige:

Go give my little photographer a follow. 📸

Welcome to the team, Ella. ❤️

Ryan Hughes bringing the smoke to TRAX 2026! 💨🔥

Ryan Hughes getting properly sideways with the Drift Matsuri Drift Kings at Silverstone. That blue machine certainly knows how to put on a show!

Plenty more TRAX content on the website!

Nico putting the 2JZ S15 to work around Silverstone with Drift Matsuri .

I’ve photographed Nico plenty of times now and this car never gets boring — looks incredible, makes all the right noises and certainly isn’t shy on smoke 😂📸

Next up from TRAX — Phil Morrison 🔥

Driftworks owner, habitual modifier and a man with a garage that makes the rest of us question our financial priorities 😂

Great to catch Phil out with Drift Matsuri at Silverstone doing what these cars were built for 💨📸
