Yesterday was the 2nd Breakfast Club of the year and oh my goodness did we get a treat with some of the cars that turned up!

This was my first RR event and my goodness, what a cool one! Such an eclectic mix of cars & quite possibly the loveliest crowd of people Iā€™ve ever met! So fab seeing the circuit in such a different layout too, I had a blast!

Just one more sleep until one of my favourite events of the year, the Membersā€™ Meeting! šŸ

Itā€™s a bit of a different one for me this year! Still working, but this time as staff! So no tabard, but still on photo & video duty for ! I canā€™t lie, Iā€™ve never experienced this event without a lot of frantic running around, so Iā€™m bloody excited for a little taste of being a spectator. (I fully intend to finally take a seat in one of those famous stripy deckchairs. It would be rude not to right?)

I think we could all use a little bit more awe in our lives. Just something thatā€™s so much bigger than what we might have for dinner or where we might next go on holiday- something to look at and go ā€œwowā€ and put all those other familiar thoughts into perspective.

My ā€œwowā€ has always been the moon. So how blimenā€™ wonderful that I now get to watch 4 little people fly to it & represent all the wonderfully curious & hopeful souls we have on this planet.

This is a photo from 2023, the first moon photo I snapped in my then, new home! Taken with a 600mm & some very cheerful cropping!

Go up and look at the sky tonight, I promise you it feels even more special when you know thereā€™s four of us looking right back! šŸŒ’

Annnnnd just like that, itā€™s (somehow!?) been a whole year of i30n ownership! šŸ„³

I canā€™t lie, this car is FUN. I was worried, quite wrongfully, that I might get too ā€œusedā€ to it- worried that I might not get as giggly and excited as I was in those first few months everytime I turned it onā€¦

Thankfully, oh my good god, was I wrong.

This thing is just such a wonderful beast to own. Everytime I drive it I get to smile just a little bit harder than the time before & itā€™s made even the most mundane of trips into something really special. Turning it on & fighting the urge to let out a full librarian style ā€œshhh!ā€ at the sound of its cold start incase the neighbours wake has become one of my favourite parts of early jobs.

From a technical point of view, itā€™s fun to drive and is built rather well yes, but from a very basic human point of view, this thing, quite simply, makes me happy. And hey, I think that counts more than anything when it comes to loving cars right?

So, Evie, my wonderful blue i30n. Thank you for 365 days of utter joy! šŸ«¶

Almost 4 months into my content creator role and, my gosh, itā€™s just been perfect! šŸ¤©

Getting to create content and run around in the rain, snow, and sun on this gorgeous estate has honestly been the best. I feel beyond lucky to work with such a fab team, and weā€™ve had an absolute blast filming all kinds of wonderful, exciting bits every single week.

Letā€™s forget this wet weather with a little throwback to sunnier days spent with last September!

An (almost!) full fleet, papped in and around Midhurst. Truly such a wonderful collection of cars and I just LOVED this driveway- the perfect home for two landies! What a dreamy day!
