Hi all and Happy New Year to all.

This year I hope to get back into my photography and enjoy what I love doing best with getting back out into more locations and hidden gems.

The images below are a couple trail ideas to try a bit of slow shutter photos with with different colour lights and alot trying something different.

A quiet wander around Holmfirth today with family, camera in hand and no real plan — just taking in the views, the textures, and those small in-between moments that often say the most.
A nice way to pause, reflect, and gently step into what’s next.

My final shoot of 2025 took me to the calm stillness of Linacre Reservoir. Quiet paths, winter light, and reflections that felt like a natural pause button on the year. A simple walk, a few thoughtful frames, and a perfect way to close out another chapter behind the lens.
