Without needing a good reason for it, without asking for anyone's permission, without feeling guilty for "indulging" in something that brings you joy... just because this one precious life is perfect as it is and always deserves to be celebrated!

I had the honour of holding space and celebrating Gina at Penny's Penny ✨ | Mentor, Author & Somatic Practitioner latests retreat in Ireland at Lisnavagh House & Gardens and I felt so inspired by her wonderful energy and courage!
