Happy 1st Anniversary to EJ & Dan! 🥂💕

In late October we went to Foxhill Manor in Broadway for the wedding of Sarah and Nicholas. Sarah is English but now lives in America with Nicholas so they wanted a traditional English manor house in which to have all their friends and family together. Foxhill was the perfect venue. Unfortunately it tipped it down pretty much all day but that didn’t dampen our spirits! In-fact at the end of the evening it cleared up and we managed to get some amazing sunset pictures outside. Sarah is a fashion stylist so the attention to detail was amazing, from the flowers to the place settings everything looking incredible and the cake was one of the most unusual we’ve seen. In October it was off to Eastwood Park in Gloucestershire for the wedding of EJ and Dan. With Dan’s Scottish heritage and the family tartan it meant the boys were dressed in kilts - Luckily for them the weather was glorious for October and we had beautiful winter sun all day which meant that as the evening drew on and the sun was setting we could get some really gorgeous shots of this fun-loving pair. It was a great day and you could really sense the love and happiness that everyone felt. In September, we had the privilege of photographing Simon and Mark’s wedding at the incredible Eastnor Castle at the foot of the Malvern Hills. The day started with the girls getting into their beautiful ivory dresses and the boys into their custom-made suits. The ceremony was held in the library with the most magnificent ceiling and chandeliers, designed by Pugin who also designed the Palace of Westminster. The castle itself was designed by Robert Smirke who later went on to design the British Museum in London.

So with history all around us, it was the perfect setting for an amazing day with 150 friends and family. Here’s just a few of our shots from a memorable day…!

Another amazing wedding at Thornbury Castle for Jes & Andrew who had flown in with friends and family from Pennsylvania in the U.S.A. English tradition and history was the order of the day and the couple arranged for a Falconer to come along! The couple’s style and individuality shone through and their love of all things Harry Potter played a big part of the day! There were too many cool photos from this wedding but here a few of our favourites...

We were off to Oxfordshire in late July for the Wedding of Howard & Susie. Their reception on the River Thames at Iffley was beautiful and we were able to capture some great shots on the bridge and down by the river. Here are just a few of our favourites from the day!

Another gorgeous wedding at Thornbury Castle! We never tire of doing weddings here because there is always a new angle or another secret spot to find for a great photograph. This May, we had the pleasure of photographing John and Rosie’s wedding who had flown in with family and friends from sunny Los Angeles!

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph such a great bunch and the evening was helped along by a Cosmopolitan or two and some amazing fireworks in the grounds! We hope you like some of the shots from a brilliant day…
