Today's pictures show the other side of my lockdown project, these three well known restaurants are some of the most affected by the coronavirus crisis.
Carluccio's has indeed been sold and only 30 out of its 71 sites have been kept open, leaving more than a thousand furloughed workers without a job. Unfortunately The Casual Dining Group (which owns both Bella Italia and Cafe Rouge) is currently undergoing a similar situation and after going into administration it's now in talk with possible buyers to sell the whole group.

The ones from today are portraits of artists that supported the community and the NHS by producing pieces of art dedicated to them, a huge thank you to Andy Dice Davies (organiser of the Cheltenham Paint Festival) and to Amy Freeman, who realised the NHS Blanket to show her support to the key workers and to raise awareness for neurodivergent people.

Hi everyone, lately I haven't been really active on here but there is a reason for that.

I have been working on something that is really important to me, which is my own travel blog, that I finally feel ready to share with all of you. I created it from nothing, I designed it, took the pictures, wrote the articles and this is why I ask you to forgive me in case you find bugs or mistakes here and there.

Here is the link to the page where you will find all the articles and travel tips I wrote so far: https://messycurlsontheroad.com/articles/
Please give me advice on how to improve it and if you are interested subscribe in the newsletter to receive emails when I publish a new article.

Thank you and enjoy!
