🌻 Short Notice Sunset Sunflower Shoots 🌻

Friday 5th August

I have managed to get a last minute private hire of a small patch of sunflowers 15 min from central Chelmsford. Due to the heatwave the flowers have bloomed extremely early resulting in short sunflowers, but still beautiful and perfect for children & dog height.

Family/kids shoot up to 6 people (can bring dogs)
Including up to 20 images as downloads.
25 minute session.

Dogs

Long time no posts from me. I was beginning to start up again and covid come along. After the lockdowns I started my dream job in a veterinary hospital then the war began in Ukraine and my friends children come to live with me. Due to the long hours I had to work I left my job to care for all the extra kids in the house.

So a few months back I restarted with photography and also my own dog walking business.

Of course my passion is underwater so I took this passion and moved it over to dogs 😅

I will still be doing some human photography here and there but my main focus will be pets (and their humans if that’s what they want)

Monash University is been conducting a very special reseach project with Heartfelt and bereaved families evaluating the benefits of bereavement photography.

Many of you have generously participated sharing your experiences in surveys and interviews.

The research team have been evaluating the data and the team have said the response rate and depth of responses is unherad of with research surveys they have worked on.

The researchers have shared some initial findings.

Especially inspiring for us are answers to this question that stretch over 25 pages.

"In the moment I was completely numb and emotionally unavailable.
When I was told a photographer was coming in I wasn't interested. But my midwife and the photographer made the experience bearable, soft, at my pace and made such a gut wrenching experience to be my most treasured moments captured.
I have no words but will be forever grateful for having them be there to take photos of my sweet girl."

"My husband and I were in a state of chaos. Having the heartfelt photographers come out gave us a moment of happiness in a sea of sadness and now when we look at Nikolai's photos we have those happy moments attached to them and we can share them with his little sister (our rainbow) and with our older son who misses him so much. We are forever gratefull for what they have given us."

"When our Heartfelt photographer arrived, it allowed me the opportunity to show off my daughter. So while I’ve been gone I haven’t been completely absent from photography.

Back in the summer of 2018 my children and I were spending the summer holidays travelling. While spending some time in Swedens most primitive hotel’ we met these two beauties who where going to a wedding, they happened to mention they wish they had a photographer....

Just after sunrise the next morning we met for a photo shoot in the beautiful Swedish forest 🥰
