We’re looking for a friendly, proactive 🌟 Community & Member Executive 🌟 to join our team covering maternity leave, based right in the heart of the town at the iconic Bobby & Co building.

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the space, supporting and connecting members, solving problems, and creating a space people are proud to be part of.

We’re looking for someone who can:
🙋 Provide a warm, friendly welcome for members and guests, setting the tone for our space
🌱 Turn workspace tours into new members and grow leads into long-term relationships
💬 Build strong relationships with members and support retention
🤝 Advantage if you can bring strong sales expertise to help expand our thriving community
🎯 Keep the space looking and running brilliantly, from maintenance to H&S
📅 Co-create events, and moments that bring Bournemouth’s creative and entrepreneurial energy to life

📣 Join the team building Bristol’s new home for founders, creatives and innovators.

This autumn, we’re opening our most ambitious Patch yet. We’re creating a place where the people shaping Bristol’s future come together to build businesses, start new collaborations, exchange ideas and be part of an ambitious community.

✨ Patch brings Bristol’s businesses, organisations and communities together in beautifully designed coworking studios, private offices, event spaces and meeting rooms to work, meet and host inspiring talks, workshops, industry gatherings and cultural events.

🌍 As a certified B Corp, Patch is committed to creating spaces and championing communities where business can be a force for good, creating opportunity for people and the places they’re part of.

🌱 We’re now looking for the team who’ll help bring Patch to life. As part of our founding Bristol Team, you’ll help shape the space, the community and the programme from day one. Together, we’ll create one of Bristol’s most exciting new places for work, culture and community.

📍 If you’re entrepreneurial, creative and commercially minded, and passionate about bringing people together, we’d love to hear from you. If you’re already connected to – or excited by – Bristol’s startup, tech and creative communities, even better.
