Returning from a recent visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau, I felt compelled to share the photographs I took during the tour.

As a professional photographer, documenting a site of such immense historical horror carries a profound responsibility. To capture the heavy, timeless atmosphere, I shot this essay entirely in black and white using a Nikon Z8 paired with the Viltrox 50mm f/1.4 Pro lens. The choice of a classic 50mm focal length allowed me to capture the camp with a natural, human perspective, focusing on the stark lines, the textures, and the chilling silence that still hangs over the landscape.

The final image of the Birkenau gatehouse and rail tracks stands as a permanent warning to humanity.

Another year and another highlight of our event calendar year saw the team at The Kilted DJ headed to North West Castle Stranraer Ice Rink for this years Awarding Wigtownshire we were also delighted to be joined by KSG Photography to document the event for us....

We supplied everything from 6m x 3m video wall, new live crowd cam, full video/playback, lighting, drapes, av, pyrotechnics, stage and even managed to fill the dancefloor will some late night DJ entertainment....
