I’ve realised something 🤔
I never have done a post about telling you all about how I got started in the photography industry! I am still a million miles from where I want to be but here it goes!
In 2008 my great grandmother left me an inheritance, it wasn’t a huge amount of money but it was enough for my mum and dad at the time to take me into our local Jessops. Buy a Canon 550D with 18-55mm and then the rest of the money went on what is now a really old MacBook Pro with Photoshop installed.
At the time I wasn’t sure if I was going to take it all that seriously, little did I know that it was the start of a major lifestyle change that would come. In 2010 my interest peaked to the point where I approached a wedding photographer and that’s where after doing 15 ish weddings with them that it all took off. I did my first wedding on my own in Barry Island in 2012 and the rest is history!
200+ weddings, 100’s of corporate and charity events, 100’s of headshot sessions and all things alike later and I have now built my own business focused around business representation and personal image.
My next adventure… video! Coming soon! 2026 is gonna be the year I add more to the already chaotic chaos!
