This is 'Florent', oil on 24" by 32" gallery wrapped canvas. Florent Bidois is a designer from France, living and working in London, England. He is a founding member of the London Colour Walk. Danny Jackson, a photographer from the UK, has spent the last several years doing a photo docuseries on the eccentric, vibrant and colorful creatives who make up the Color Walk movement. It is his artistic lens and visual story that captured my eye and as a result, a collaboration across the waters has formed. I live in Alberta, Canada. This collaborative series celebrates the vision of a photographer, a painter, and the subjects they depict. Through the photographer's lens, a story is captured, and grace is given its subjects in both print and paint.
