12 noon Gym workout 1, sauna, cold plunge, 5 mins swim, steam room, 2nd sauna
Lunch - Sweet potato and black bean stew w setian
Snack - fruit and chocolate protein powder
Afternoon walk
Dinner - Spinach and potato curry w brown rice

Snacks - 2 bread sticks, 40g houmous, satsuma, plum, grapes, kiwi w yogurt and 10g protein powder
Dinner - sweet red pepper soup w 2 toast

Lunch - Couscous bowl w 40g seitan
Snack - 1 satsuma, 1 kiwi, 40g red fat houmous and 2 breadsticks
7pm bootcamp (outdoors)
Dinner - homemade mushroom and bean burgers w brown rice, mixed veg and seitan

Well, all my training paid off! I ran Brighton Marathon yesterday and was very please with the results. Managed to run the whole way (not even a toilet break) in 4 hrs 7 mins and 44 seconds. That's 15 mins off my last (and first) marathon (at Brighton). I even sped up at the end! A BIG thank you to my husband, Rob, for running with me and getting me through those final (hardest) miles!

We had a well deserved plant-based Roast dinner the Roundhill Pub in brighton afterwards before heading home.
