A Personal Note…

Good Evening Little Mr Moon,

For those of you who follow Laura Wade Photography you will already be aware of what I am about to share.
On the 22nd of September I was told that I had breast cancer and what followed was several days of being poked, pricked and put into a machine and honestly, I am devastated.
I have a difficult few months ahead, which started with my Mastectomy on the 11th of October, this will be followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy throughout November.
I am so sorry that I have been unable to offer my most favourite mini sessions of the year, The Pumpkin Patch and Once upon a Christmas. For those of you looking for these sessions please do take a look at my wonderful friend Robyn from Bobtale Photography, she is just magical and I know she will look after you all 🤍
I have honestly never felt so lucky to have my little A team, and what a team we have been.
I look forward to 2022 and seeing you all 🤍

I am back and so to is one of my most favourite mini sessions...Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses 💕

On Sunday the 16th of May I will be wandering through the beautiful dunes of Ainsdale Beach. Each mini session is priced at £60 for 30 minutes and you will receive a digital copy of all of your images for you to download and keep.

Your little folk have made me so incredibly happy and you big folk well, the truth is you have kept me going, Thank You!

I have had the most wonderful time out in the magical Giltrees Christmas Tree Suppliers. fields with some of the most delightful little elf lets that you just might meet 🎅🏻

Good Morning 🌲

Today is the first day of the festive mini’s and so I just thought I’d pop a little note to remind you all to be so very careful crossing the road to the field as the road is very fast.

Also there is a chance of showers predicted for 11.00 am and 1.00 pm so wrap up and maybe bring an umbrella or two!

Thank you so very much to each and every one of you who entered the raffle, I am blown away by your generosity! We smashed through our target and together raised an incredible £645!

The money will be used to help 3 individual families providing much needed food and personal care items along with new toys for their children to be left under the tree this Christmas 🎄 We will also be using some of the monies to help the wonderful team at the Evermore Hub to get through the chri season.

Thank you 100 times over for helping me to make it a better Christmas 🎄

You may have seen over the October half term I ran a raffle to help raise monies for a local food bank who where trying their best to keep local families fed who otherwise without their school meals would have gone hungry. With one little voucher up for grabs I raised £232.00 in a matter of hours and so it got me thinking imagine what we could do together this Christmas!

My goal is to this time raise a minimum of £500.00 with the help of some of our most wonderful local businesses. Together I want us to help change Christmas for 2 local families with a delivery of food and gifts for their children whilst making another donation to the food bank to help them through the festive period.
