✨️DOCK OF THE BAY✨️

Annie & Tina married yesterday at the very beautiful Briery Wood Country House Hotel. After the ceremony we headed down to Low Wood Bay for some portraits before they headed off onto lake Windermere for a cruise.

Sunshine and moody skies, together with the Langdale Pikes in the distance provided the perfect backdrop.

My past days of landscape photography certainly help with getting the best shots, I spent hours chasing the light in the lakes and these days when I'm back there in my happy place the old sixth sense floods back .... I just love it when things align and a plan comes together.

Big shout out to my beautiful friend for keeping me company .... it's so good to have you back ❤️

Sunshine pouring through the trees, champagne flowing, and two fun-loving brides celebrating their love in the most beautiful way 🤍✨

I had the absolute joy of photographing an intimate wedding at Briery Wood Country House Hotel in the heart of the Lake District — and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

From emotional vows in the gardens to sailing across Lake Windermere with the mountains behind them, every moment felt relaxed, romantic and full of laughter. Their little fur baby chihuahua made the cutest wedding guest, happily soaking up all the attention 🐾

Add in afternoon tea, champagne toasts, cowboy boots, hats, and a couple who never stopped smiling, and it was one of those weddings that reminds me exactly why I love what I do.

Intimate weddings really do have a kind of magic all of their own ✨📸
