It was such a special moment to visit Battersea Power Station and see my new collection of photographs on display at the Battersea Power Supplies Museum and Gift Shop recently. I'll have this display up for a few months.

My connection with Battersea goes back to 2010, admiring the desolate chimneys and impressive brick exterior at night. I photographed it at sunrise, it was a magic moment.
In 2013 I returned and had exclusive access to photograph the incredible interiors, including Control Room A and Auxiliary Switch Room B. Now, seeing those photographs displayed within the Power Station site itself feels like a wonderful full circle moment.

I’m also so pleased to see my friend Michael Wallners amazing neon ans aluminium works on display in the shop. It's fantastic to see both our work being shown in this extraordinary setting.

If you’re visiting Battersea Power Station, do pop into Battersea Power Supplies to see the collection.

Girls just wanna have fun… apparently. 😂

There are many ways to experience a building.

Some people visit museums.
I’ve climbed endless staircases to nowhere, crawled through windows, squeezed through impossible gaps and, on occasion, spent the night in a sleeping bag in a windowless window.

All in the name of photography, obviously.

These are the slightly less glamorous moments behind the photographs - the adventures, the ridiculous entrances and the places that make it all worthwhile.

And somehow, after all these years, I’m still doing it.

If you’d like to see where these adventures end up, my latest work is currently on display at Battersea Power Station, and my new solo exhibition Teatro Muto - The Silent Theatre opens in Soho this September.

Or, if there’s a particular photograph you’ve fallen for, you can book a studio visit to come and see the work in person and chat about commissions.

A little reminder that my work is currently on show as part of La Gacilly-Baden Photo 2026 in Austria.

The festival transforms the beautiful town of Baden bei Wien into a huge open-air gallery, with photography displayed throughout its streets, gardens and public spaces.

I’m especially honoured to be exhibiting at the Heiligenkreuzerhof, one of Baden’s oldest buildings - a fitting setting for work exploring abandoned places and the passage of time.

The festival runs until 11 October, so if you’re in Austria this summer, I’d highly recommend a visit.

I first photographed Battersea Power Station in 2010, when it was still abandoned and inaccessible. A few years later, I returned with permission to photograph its extraordinary interiors - from the Art Deco control rooms and vast turbine halls to the details left behind by the people who once worked there.

I’m very excited to be returning to Battersea with a new collection of photographs, which will be available through the Museum Supplies shop at the Power Station.

More details coming soon. 🖤

For anyone new around here - Hi, this is me, Gina! Apparently, I should be in front of the camera occasionally too.

Most of the time you’ll find me behind it, exploring forgotten buildings, uncovering the stories they hold and trying to capture that feeling of stepping into somewhere that time has left behind.

There’s so much happening behind the scenes at the moment, with new work, exhibitions, projects and stories coming together and lots of newness being added to the website as we speak.

Big news!

Proud to announce that I’ve been selected to exhibit at the inaugural Fair Play Art Fair this October.
The venue is absolutely stunning, and it's a 3 min walk from Regents Park tube station.

I’ll be showing alongside more than 70 independent artists at One Marylebone from 15 to 18 October, during Frieze Week.

Register for presale access and limited £15 tickets via the link in ’s bio.

I hope to see you there. It's going to be fantastic!!

A theatre shaped by more than two centuries of performances, change and time. Built in the 1700s, the theatre’s horseshoe-shaped auditorium is surrounded by ornate private boxes, while behind the stage, the building becomes something altogether more raw - exposed timber, old machinery, worn floors and layers of history.

From faded painted details and gilded decoration to the quiet spaces backstage, I enjoyed every minute of this shoot and I could have stayed in there for much longer soaking it all in

Photographed as part of my ongoing work with Agenzia del Demanio, documenting significant public buildings and the stories held within them.
