Hey, it’s Sammy & I’m super excited to reintroduce myself as Samuelmullinsphotography 🌞
This rebrand comes after a significant chapter in my life that I want to share openly, in the hope it helps break some of the stigma around mental health.
Life really got the better of me last year and I found myself spiralling into a mental health crisis. Feeling the guilt and shame of being in this mindset, I withdrew myself from friends and family to just be alone.
A truly isolating & daunting experience.
After some time I realised I couldn’t pull myself out of this & finally reached out for professional help.
After doing the work in therapy, I learned, IT DOES GET BETTER!!
Our mental health does not define us, it allows opportunity to better understand & empower ourselves.
So please, If you’re reading this and are struggling with your own mental health, reach out and seek help.. it is out there and you are worthy! ❤️
