Stara Community Woodland.
On the south east edge of Bodmin Moor near Launceston, Stara Community Woodland is three woodlands Broad, Colquite and Treovis with the River Lyner cascading through it. the woods have been there since at least the 17th century and each differs from the others.
The variety of the woodland provides a wonderful habitat for all kinds of flora, fauna and wildlife. Permissive and public paths run through the woodland, there is even a suspension bridge across the river. The woods are looked after by the Friends of Stara Woods who do a fantastic job and it is definitely worth a visit.

Looking at the sky through the trees, We had a wonderful time in the Thetford Forest in Norfolk. Norfolk is one of our favourite places.

Portscatho is a coastal village at the end of Gerran's Bay, on the Roseland peninsular, Cornwall. Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are staying at the Merrose Farm Caravan Club site on The Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall for the week end to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely day walking along the South West coast path to Portscatho. There will be more about our trip on our blog soon, www.ontourwithdaisy.co.uk

We been staying at a wonderful CL site in Cornwall, Burn Farm near Bude. They have a lovely little woodland next to the camp site that you can walk around, I had a wonderful hour taking photos in the sunshine.
