This was a standout moment of mine last year, being asked by Cardiomyopathy UK to photograph their London Marathon runners, This wasn't my first time covering the event, but was my first for this charity. And wow! What a day it was, they had around 70 runners taking part, it was far from easy, but with the help of my 'spotters' we managed to get a good number of the participants as they came past our view point. I am always in awe of anybody that takes this challenge on, the emotion is immense! (If you ever get a chance to just go and watch and support the runners, do it!).

Photographing a family wedding is an honour, so when my cousin Clare and her fiancé asked if I would capture their day I of course said yes, and what a stunning day it was, the venue was the beautiful Whitstable Castle, the sun shone, an outdoor ceremony was had, and we were lucky enough to go down to the nearby beach and enjoy some evening sunshine. The pictures speak for themselves, the right ingredients for a great day!

A look back at one of the weddings I was honoured to photograph this year, back in April Steven and Miguel, got married at the unique venue Buckinghamshire Railway Centre in Quainton, with a mix of English, Venezuelan and Italian influences it was a real day of emotion and fun, one I will never forget!
