With over 25 years in the creative industry and a background in Employee Experience, I know people. I get them. I understand the nerves, the awkwardness and that feeling of not knowing where to start.

What can animals teach us about relationships? It’s simple. The best ones are built on trust.

Since breaking my leg and being forced to slow down, I’ve been spending more time with my little cat Willow, which has reminded me that so much of what we do starts with a feeling.

Trust isn’t built overnight. It’s built through patience, care and showing up. And your business is no different.

People connect with people. When your audience sees the real you and what you stand for, they feel connected to your world.
