Don't worry! This Gannet is not trying to eat its chick, that's how they feed them 😅 really happy I was able to capture this precious moment. Muriwai beach is definitely my favorite spot around the Auckland area especially during the nesting season where you witness amazing moments like this.

For years, swimming in the To-Sua Ocean Trench, was one of the top things on my bucket list to do. 2 years ago I finally fulfilled that dream and it was an amazing experience. has many other beautiful spots but this one is the best by far in my opinion 🏊‍♂️🏝

Pancake Rocks in the west coast of South Island in New Zealand are really awesome! The texture of the rocks there makes it look like hundreds of pancakes stacked on top of each other. There is also a pancake restaurant right outside the hike and their pancakes are delicious! 🥞🍴

Muriwai Beach - My favorite place around the Auckland area. Located only 40 minutes from central Auckland you will witness giant cliffs towering over a vast black sand beach and covered with nesting Gannet colony.
