2025 Kickboxing GB Squad Trials: K-1
Kickboxing GB is proud to announce the first-ever K-1 trials for the national squad, marking a major milestone in the growth of K-1 within British kickboxing. Over recent years, this dynamic and exciting style has seen significant development within Kickboxing GB, establishing itself as one of the sport’s most competitive disciplines.
This is a unique opportunity for athletes to showcase their abilities and earn a place on Team GB, representing the country at the highest level of K-1 competition.
Trial Information
Eligibility:
Athletes aged 15 and above
Open to all levels—from amateur to professional
What to Expect:
Athletes will be assessed on their technical ability, fight IQ, fitness, and overall attitude by GB Coaches.
Selection includes spots for the GB National Squad and the Development Programme, designed to nurture and prepare future Team GB athletes.
Full Sparring Equipment Required:
Athletes must bring gloves, shin guards, gum shield, groin guard, and headgear.
