Hey, did you know you can edit your bookings on Connect 2?
In case you forgot something, or you realised you had a lecture at the time you said you'd pick it up, it's really easy to change!

At your home page, select 'Active Bookings', then click on the reference number of the booking you want to change - then just select 'Edit'! It's that easy!

And in case you don't need the equipment any more (maybe a model cancelled on you), you can delete bookings too, meaning that that equipment is then free for other people to book.

Don't forget, the loans desk closes down completely on the 24th of June.
All equipment will need to be returned by then, but if you want to get some final shoots done, now's the time to do it!

Hello all - just a note about current printing issues:
We are having ongoing technical difficulties with the printers, which we are trying really hard to fix and get all of your work through.

URGENT CHANGES RE: LATE NIGHT OPENINGS

THIS WEEK:

Wednesday 06: No late night. We will close at 5pm. Apologies for late notice.

Thursday 07: We will open late, until 8pm. Normal late night facilities are open, including studios.

FROM NEXT WEEK UNTIL THE END OF TERM:

Tuesday nights are changing to Thursday nights.

We will close at 5pm on Tuesdays.

We will close at 8pm on Thursdays. Again, normal late night facilities are open, including studios.

So the weeks will run as follows:

Mondays: Late night. Close at 8pm.
Tuesdays: Close at 5PM.
Wednesdays: Late night. Close at 8pm.
Thursdays: Late night. Close at 8pm.
Fridays: Early finish. Close at 4pm.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS:
If you need to book equipment out over the Easter Holidays, you will need to book in advance as equipment is going to get snapped up quick fast.
Booking and collection dates are as follows:

3rd Year Photography
Booking from Monday 29th February
Collection from Tuesday 15th March

2nd Year Photography
Booking from Monday 7th March
Collection from Wednesday 16th March

1st Year Photography & Other Courses
Booking from Monday 14th March
Collection from Thursday 17th March

Opening hours have not changed:
Returns: 0900h - 1130h Monday - Friday
Collections: 1330h - 1630h Monday - Thursday (1330h - 1500h Friday)

PLEASE NOTE: There have been a lot of cameras being returned with bent pins in the CF slot, resulting in damage to the cards and corrupted files. Please be careful when loading CF cards, and if possible retrieve images by using a cable directly into the camera, rather than by removing the card.

Hello everyone, we are collecting the items on the poster for the homeless shelter in St Pauls. It'd be amazing if you could bring in non perishable foods (tins etc) and second hand clothing for the cause. Bring them into the office. :) Thanks all!

Outside the office, there are FREE Negative Ring Binders in boxes that you can help yourself to. Please only take ONE FOLDER EACH to leave enough for other students.
The significance of the binders is that they are wider than regular binders in order to fit the width of your film into.
