It’s been a little while since I introduced myself, and with this space growing each day, I thought it was time to say hello. So, hi—this is me, Claire, welcome to my world.
I’m originally from in the Andean mountains in Ecuador (I’m half Ecuadorian, half English) and I live in the creative city of Bristol with the love of my life and our cat.
Travel is one of my biggest loves—soaking up beautiful landscapes, new cultures, and incredible food always inspires me. So far I’ve travelled as far as Australia and Canada in the name of capturing love. I now mostly work in and across Europe + the UK.
Before stepping behind the camera as a wedding photographer, I spent years working in London as a graphic designer in film and video games—you might even spot my name in the credits of a few! Art, design, film and fashion have been constant influences in what I love to do.
I’ve never been someone who’s great with words; I find stories are best told through moments and images and that’s what I like to bottle up and savour as a photographer. Creativity has always been my way of expressing the things words can’t quite capture.
Connecting with likeminded modern creative couples and industry artists is without a doubt one of my most favourite things about what I do.
