Once the groom is ready for a portrait rather than try to get him outside which could take forever I just stand him next...

Once the groom is ready for a portrait rather than try to get him outside which could take forever I just stand him next to the nearest window.
A good portrait has got to be really quick, taking 2-3 at the very most.
Find the nice light.
Put them in it.
Take the photograph.
Say “thank you”
Done.
Throughout the day when I see nicely lit corners of rooms or outside I will get the couple over there, take 2-3 at the very most, that’s it.
In my head I’ve already set out where I want them to stand + look, so once they arrive, the whole portrait shoot from start to finish is taking a minute at the most ⚡️
They are really busy ALL day and they don’t want to be dragged away from family + friends when they’ve got so many people to see.
So, for me, take nicely lit portraits throughout the day, keeping it really quick, then they can go back to enjoying their day ⚡️⚡️⚡️
