There was another shot I took seconds before this one and I've sat trying to chose between them for so damn long. Went with this one in the end because of the cold light on the right hand figure contrasting with the warm orange street lights. Just appealed more to me I guess!...

I've had this shot as my phone wallpaper ever since I took/edited it (which was a good 4+ months ago now) and it's been instantly one of my favourites ever since. I'm starting to realise all my favourite shots I've taken have been fired off with no planning and just hoping I can frame it right and snap that moment before it passes. The 2nd slide is the shot in its non-insta crop (aka its full glory.) Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do! "Empty Streets"......

A collection of some of the quiet/empty streets in Brighton. Mostly as a time capsule during this whole Corona lockdown (even though there's not much of a lockdown anymore... And I've seen people out and not listening to it since the start. But I digress.)

It's the first time I've been out and actually seen how eerie and quiet it is during all this, since I've been working the entire time and not gone outside apart from work.

Also I wanted to give the new 18-135mm a go, and I'm loving the reach I'm able to get with this lens!

Keep safe. Use this time to educate yourselves and hopefully we'll emerge out of the start of 2020 as a better world. 🖖...
