Most public sector briefs look impossible to make feel human. This one proved otherwise.

WSALC needed to recruit a new generation of councillors across Sussex. The current table didn’t reflect the communities it was supposed to represent. They knew they needed to reach a new audience. They just didn’t know how.

Most construction videos look the same. We did something different.

Parkeray had an incredibly demanding brief from their client : high ESG targets, sustainable materials, community impact, a diverse workforce. So instead of the usual slow-mo drone footage and library music, we made a documentary series. Chapters. Vintage lenses. Orchestral music. Real people telling the real story of the build.

The result? A film going into pitches and changing the conversation.

That’s what happens when you stop making case studies and start making films.

13 years. The cameras got smaller. The crews got leaner. The understanding of what this work actually is for got a lot bigger!
