Huge congrats to Sarah & Jack who got married earlier this month in gorgeous Woodbridge.

As soon as I saw Sarah I absolutely fell IN LOVE with her bridal look! And Jack's suit complimented it perfectly.

When I arrived for their wedding, the lady that owned this shop Charlotte Crofts & Co. , was just turning up for work and said how much she loved watching the weddings through the shop window. Well, it made the perfect backdrop for the newlyweds and it's become one of my favourite pictures in their gallery 🥹🤍

If you're looking for "home wedding" / "garden wedding" inspo, then start swiping!

It was a beautiful morning, albeit very hot, capturing the pre-ceremony preparations and seeing everything come together.

With the Church in walking distance, I set off on foot to capture guests arriving & Charlotte's arrival. It was so hot that everyone was using their "order of service" as a fan! But it was a beautiful ceremony with a couple of touching readings from their family.

After saying “I do”, the guests made their way on foot from the church back to Charlotte’s parents’ cottage for their celebrations, garden party style. There was something so lovely about everyone strolling along together, before arriving ready to celebrate.

The exhibition is on from 21st - 28th August, and you can find me there on Tuesday 25th August. This lovely couple chose short wedding photography coverage, with their ceremony at Colchester Town Hall, followed by family photos and newlywed portraits with their adorable son in the beautiful grounds of Colchester Castle. Their celebrations then continued at The George Hotel with family and friends in a beautiful alfresco dining area that made it feel like we were abroad 🍋

It just goes to show how many beautiful moments can still be captured in just a few hours – from that epic confetti exit to the little details, like the Lauren's personalised heels featuring her new initials!

Congratulations again to Lauren & George. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 🥂

A wedding that felt like it belonged in a black and white film.

Lucy looked effortlessly timeless, wearing her mum's veil and carrying a piece of family history with her throughout the day.

The rain never really stopped, but between the showers we found little pockets of calm for photographs with family and friends, and quiet moments for just the two of them.

Surrounded by the warmest, loveliest of people, at one of my favourite venues, Great Lodge, this was a day full of so much love, fun and beautiful moments.
