Managed to get the kitchen window open a crack for this last shot, and thankfully, he didn't get spooked.
Much sharper as I'm not shooting through double glazing this time.

Had another Sparrowhawk in the garden this evening. There was a small pile of feathers on the lawn, so it may of made a kill earlier today.

A Crow, perched on a fence post.
Instead of flying away though, it simply flew along on to the next post, waited for me to catch up, get a few shots off, then flew on again. This happened 4 or 5 times, I'm sure it was playing with me, or hoped I had some food for it.

I think we can all sympathise with this little juvenile Tree Sparrow.
It was resting on a bench, in scorching sunshine, and seemed to not know what to do to cool off.

Really nice day yesterday. Quiet, relaxing and great weather. Not much traffic, except for this Texan trainer, which I've edited with a twist.
Part of a burst of shots, I've taken a sequence of 5 images, aligned them so the background lines up, and blended and overlayed in Photoshop, to create a panorama, showing 0.5 secs of flight time.

A Gannet, locking eyes on something, with part of the Gannet colony way below, and a Puffin and Razorbill, both heading back to their nests.
