ade the plunge to create Freeformimages as business as a stay at home first time mum. I have studied and taught photography and have built up my portfolio over the last 20 years. Just look at Harry & Tash's wedding day Married at the magnificent Crowcombe Court and we had the BEST time!

They had their gorgeous ceremony, witnessed by their family and friends in the magnificent Victorian ballroom on their 6th anniversary of being together! From that first look, your precious vows to the fun and dancing all night long! The bridesmaids and groomsmen brought all of the good vibes all day too! As a surprise we had a visit from the cutest Alpacas! When I tell you we had fun, I mean it!

“Laura was so friendly and helpful throughout the planning process, offering tips and advice for all things wedding not just photography related. And on the big day she was amazing! She gave off 'old friend' vibes and made everyone feel so comfortable. All of our quests raved about her and how lovely she is. She always had our interests at heart and managed to take photos continuously whilst not being noticeable. We have now received our photos back and she captured the day perfectly, managing to catch intimate candid moments as well as all the planned shots. Can't recommend her enough!

I am constantly reminded of how blessed I am to do this job. I am surrounded by people who make me feel welcome from the moment I arrive, who trust my vision with their wedding memories, and who just want to have a bloody good time! Saturday at Country Ways the weather may have been stormy outside, but inside our hearts were full.

The morning was relaxed with fizz, hair and makeup, and precious time spent with Tiffany’s girls before an intimate ceremony in the Corn Barn. One of the most special moments was having Tiffany’s mum conduct the ceremony herself there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

After saying “I do”, Tiffany & Gary celebrated with a naming ceremony, welcoming Tiffany’s two daughters into the family as they proudly took Gary’s surname too.

From heartfelt speeches and family feasting in the Highland Barn to a visit from Ollie the cow and windswept portraits around the grounds, it was a day full of love, laughter and meaningful moments.

The most beautiful reminder that weddings are about more than two people they are about bringing families together. ✨

One whole year and forever to go for Ashley & Jason

A gorgeous wedding day at one of North Devon’s incredible hidden gems, the stunning Tapeley Park 💖

Ashley arrived in style, chauffeur-driven through the estate grounds, looking absolutely incredible in her beautiful dress. Although the weather brought heavy rain, it only added to the romance as they said I do inside the historic house. With its grand interiors it made the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt ceremony. Everyone gathered to celebrate with confetti, champagne, delicious food, joyful laughter and great music that kept the party going late into the night. Watching

Ashley & Jason dance and laugh together was a reminder of how magical these moments truly are. It’s days like these that make me so grateful to do what I love capturing memories that will be treasured forever. Ashley & Jason, may your journey together be as beautiful and full of joy as the day you became husband and wife. 🥂✨ Happy anniversary and love to you always, Laura x

A perfect summer wedding day

Dan & Eleanor married at the fabulous Country Ways in the beautiful summer sunshine! Their outdoor ceremony was witnessed by their closest family and friends and was filled with so much love. Eleanor you looked stunning!!

From your beautiful vows to the amazing food, golden hour, fun, cocktails, meeting Bruce the highland cow and feeding Diomede the sheep and dancing all night long! Country Ways was the perfect venue for a right proper Devonshire, relaxed and chilled day in the sunshine, with views over Great Torrington and beyond - just perfect! I had the best time with you all too!

Dan & Eleanor, this is what happens when two souls make the perfect match! You had the best wedding day. I wish you both all the love for your anniversary and future together always, Laura xx

Let me tell you about Zara & Simon 🤍

Surrounded by their closest family and friends at the beautiful Tawstock Court Zara & Simon exchanged vows during an outdoor ceremony overlooking the River Taw and Codden Hill. It was intimate, heartfelt and filled with thoughtful details that reflected who they are as a couple.

Zara looked absolutely incredible and from the moment she walked down the aisle there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. The entire day felt relaxed, joyful and centred around what mattered most celebrating their love with the people closest to them.

Guests were entertained by a talented caricature artist, enjoyed incredible food from Tommy G's and and celebrated long into the evening with cocktails, live music and plenty of laughter. As the sun began to dip behind the Devon hills we wandered through the grounds for some beautiful portraits together before returning to the party.

A day filled with love, connection, family, friendship and all the moments that make a wedding truly meaningful!
