There are 6 big golden/gilded owls around Leeds Civic Hall and Millennium Square.

2 original golden owls sit right at the top of the Civic Hall’s twin towers. They date from 1933, are bronze covered in gold leaf, stand about 2.3 metres (7½ ft) tall and weigh around half a tonne each.

4 more golden owls stand on the tall stone columns around Millennium Square. These were added in 2000 when the square was created.

Super excited to announce that tomorrow I will be heading to Liverpool to be the official FPV pilot for one of the biggest festivals in the U.K. I will be setting off at 4am to be on site for 6am and capture the whole site to give a preview to the public. Crazy that 20 years ago I went to the first ever Crreamfields and now going back to be part of the team. Thank you 🙏
