Check out this Dean Van Lines Special driven back in 1957 by one of America's racing Greats Jimmy Bryan!

In this car Bryan won the 1957 Race of Two Worlds, an invitational racing competition that pitted United States Auto Club drivers against their Formula One counterparts in a 500 mile oval race in Monza! During that same year he also won the USAC National Championship!

A champion in dirt and track racing, Bryan won the national driving Championship in 54, 56, and 57 and the Indianapolis 500 in 58.

He continued racing and pushing the limits until he was tragically killed in a crash at Langhorne Speedway in 1960.

Today the Dean Van Lines Special can can be found at the Indianapolis Motor speedway Museum, and the Goodwood Festival of Speed which is where I got the chance to see it drive!

Some deep thoughts with ...

In our talks about motorcycling, stunt riding and the world we live in, we came to the subject of motivations for riding and stunt riding and finding a sense of conscious presence, to live in the moment and to find the time and space between the seconds. To be in balence and control of you surroundings and the difference between finding pressence and getting a fix of adrenaline.

Id like to do more of these deep talks and thoughts so if this did hit home for you please share 🙏

Great moments at the FOS, motorcycling legends and Kenny Roberts all riding together 🏁🏍
For those that dont know, Wayne Rainey, Kevin Schwantz, and Mick Doohan had some ferocious battles on the track during the crazy 2 stroke era of MotoGP with intense moments between Rainey and Schwantz. A tale of arch rivals, each with very different styles of racing, battling it out to be world champion.

Rainey won three consecutive world titles from 1990 - 92 with Schwantz taking the title in 93 after Wayne suffered an accident in the Italian GP that ended his career and left him paralyzed from the chest down.

Kevin and Micks careers later also ended in injury. The racing was unbelievably fierce back then, it was war on two wheels.

Now theyve put old rivalries aside now and have been riding the hillclimb at Goodwood on the same bikes they raced on all those years ago.
Truly inspirational.
