Fellow photographers, you may enjoy perusing the winners of the IGPOTY 18 competition which were announced on Friday. I was really pleased to be awarded "Finalist" in the Beauty of Plants category and you can see the image "Pot of Gold" if you follow the link in the article below. There's also an exhibition of several of the winning photographs at Kew Gardens for the next month and then travelling around other beautiful gardens. I also have an image on display as part of that exhibition. I hope you enjoy seeing these, I find looking at beautiful photography on a dull, grey February day very relaxing!
COMPETITION 18: LATEST RESULTS AVAILABLE
OVERALL WINNER REVEALED!
IGPOTY is excited to announce that the Overall Winner of Competition 18 has been decided, many congratulations to Max Rush from London, England for the winning entry 'Spectacle of the Painted Storm' (1st Place, Beautiful Gardens).
The other main category results have also been announced, as well as other categories such as the stand-alone 'Portfolios' competition.
IGPOTY is also delighted to announce the addition of a new Headline Sponsor for 2025: Penningtons Manches Cooper ā thank you very much for your support!
Photographers, both amateur, semi-pro, and professional, from all across the world, entered the main IGPOTY competition last year, which closed for entries on October 31st, 2024.
Congratulations are also due to all the other awarded entrants, and thank you to everyone who entered.
