We absolutely love bluebell season definitely our favourite time of year ❤️

I just love writing poetry and I don't sit down and do it enough. I am no Wordsworth! and I dont profess to be - but I love make patterns out of words - anyway I know how lonely Valentines can be for people - been there myself for may years. So I wanted to say for everybody who hasn't been told today - You are loved. Very Much. So this poem for everybody along with a picture I took a couple of weeks back in Dartmoor National Park

Sleepy Hollow

There once was a sleepy hollow
Lying still in the evening light,
Where the river ebbed and softly flowed
As it drifted toward the quiet of night.

The heart of the forest, in stillness, knew
It would rise with the dawn once more—
That even in rest, renewal begins
In ways unseen before.

For what this becoming looks like
No mortal eye may see,
Yet deep within, a knowing whispers:
All unfolds as it should be.

The stillness is not to be feared,
But honoured as sacred space—
A pause for reflection, a tender breath,
A moment of quiet grace.

Love is all around you—
In every atom, every sigh,
From the pulse beneath your beating heart
To the hush of the evening sky.

So soften into the stillness,
Let the silence gently spin—
For love has always held you,
You need only let it in.
