2022 has gave me far more weddings to be captured than family stories, and I’ve genuinely missed them!

When sent me an email that they are coming back to after 2 freaking long years and she wants me to take family photos for them agan, I can’t tell you guys how happy I was!

The joy of the reunion, get to know their 2nd baby, hug my Szaffi’s husband-to-be, and create photos together made my soul singing instantly 🥰

Since the beautiful email sent me about her ideas of the shoot, that she wanted to wear a swimsuit and get down the beach with her boys like we did all the time when the kids were much smaller, I was immediately excited and inspired.

Then the English weather gave us storm and wind, (sooo wild wind!) so we had to adjust the dreams to the reality, and go with the flow,
but I guess that’s the best part for me.
Say out loud our hopes and vision, then let them go, and go with the flow and create magical of the real, very raw moments.

That’s exactly what we did together, and I literally cannot explain how much it inspires me to create pure magic ❤️

, thank you for being so beautiful and a wonderful friend of mine, regardless of distance, weather, of any sort of sh*t in life ❤️

I had a very inspiring conversation with a very good friend of mine today.
We were talking about juggling stuff that requires full capacity in life, and besides the usual stuff (motherhood, jobs, own business, household…) she mentioned relationship as a full time gig.

And for some reason it hit me hard and opened a long conversation between the 2 of us later in the afternoon.
Relationship is something that’s not just happening in our free time, before work, or after that, it’s constant and it needs to be maintained all the time.
We feel it in our bones.
This one is not the first relationship in any of our lives and we know how sensitive the balance is and how easy to f**k it up.
We are always here to listen to each other’s, to sit with our emotions, to understand each other’s and learn communicating well enough- it’s tremendous job, and we feel that this job is absolutely underrated.

These self portraits are from last night, when he fully supported my impulse decision to move all the furnitures around in our home as I like the light on a certain wall in the bedroom and I want to use it for some project.
And regardless of wearing sweatpants, no make up and messy hair, we created a couple of impromptu self portraits, so this is a perfect memory for me to recognise and celebrate that heartfelt job that we both put into our relationship 🤍

The first evening in our new home.

I’m on my own and dealing with all sort of emotions - so instead of unpacking the boxes,I’ve spent my time to catch the very last lights of this day and create some art 🤍

Never underestimate the power of creating self portraits.
It’s healing magic.

January was in survival mode and after the usual battle of my mental health I felt good enough yesterday to tuck the little girl into the car after school, driving all the way to the New Forest (only 3 weeks left to my practical test 🥺).

The Universe treated me well, gave us a beautiful afternoon with these beautiful deers and a bit of sunshine 😊

Not too long to go until proper spring days, hang in there guys and share your survival tips with each other’s ❤️
