ALPINE LOVE

Just back from a photo and film trip to the French Alps working on new publicity images and films for Snowcoach Holidays.

I have been coming here for around ten years working with this great company and it’s an amazing experience

Capturing mountain life in the two ski resorts of Valmeinier and Valloire and seeing it through the eyes of both guests and staff!

Also lots of fun in the alpine sunshine as I get to snowboard everyday whilst I’m away

Coming back out in March for another trip.. Mountain love!

GET HIGH ON LIFE

This month’s photo and film trip to the French Alps was pure magic. I was
working on new publicity images and films for Snowcoach Holidays.

I have spent about three month’s here over the last ten years working with this great company and it just gets better.

Capturing mountain life in the two ski resorts of Valmeinier and Valloire from a guest and staff perspective

A ton of fun in the sunshine with some snowboard off piste action in the mix.. Pure exhilaration!

Hopefully back out in March.. So good.

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

A brave new year with so much to look forward to in 2025.

Big love to all my clients in 2024. It’s been amazing to be involved with you so thank you so much. Plus my lovely friends who support me

Another huge year for the business that I am grateful for. It’s been quite amazing how my photography and videography have evolved. So many new and diverse projects especially in the corporate and commercial sector. It’s so creative.

I am still a wedding photographer too ! Some stunning weddings booked for this year.

It’s a mad work and lifestyle balance at time but still love it ! So many beautiful photo and film shoots from wedding to travel, music to fashion, product to corporate, food to fitness and a ton of parties!

Brighter days are just around the corner and I am looking forward to creating new memories this year.

“LOVE IS CONTAGIOUS” - TAJA SEVILLE

Deep sorrow to hear of the passing of DJ Alfredo.

A musical inspiration and one of the most influential DJ’s of the last 40 years who defined a musical genre on the White Isle at Amnesia back in the day. The Balearic sound he helped to create back in the late 80’s changed the musical boundaries for so many of us.

I caught this magical shot with Alfredo as his daughter and friend found the music too loud at the Ibiza Soul Week 2018 !
A truly amazing experience as he blew the roof off the event for an hour to 800 party people and created one of the moments from this historic event. It’s a defining image and a treasured moment for sure.

About an hour later Alfredo was sitting in the hotel restaurant with the kids and I came in for dinner. We chatted and I showed him this capture. He absolutely loved it - such a gracious human being.

LONDON VOWS RENEWAL

Friday’s view was totally cool.

Met this beautiful couple in the dockland for a vows renewal providing both photo and film capture.

So a drive in a 1947 vintage Citroen over to Greenwich on a hot, sunny day for the event itself. With the city skyline as the stunning backdrop the renewal took place including a handfasting.

Just enough time for some couple shots and a picnic in the park!

As good as it gets to create alternative photography and videography...

BRECON LOVE
Magical day in the Brecon Beacons earlier this month .
Complete escapism for a totally relaxed and carefree wedding to include an outside ceremony.

Providing image and film capture including a ceremony and highlights film in the most stunning of surroundings.
Just a brilliant wedding to be part of .. so much fun and laughter!

IN THE MOMENT

As we left the church for the long walk to the venue I ran ahead to capture everyone walking up the road.

I’ve a camera backpack and a video tripod in my hand and this moment of magic just arose. I stopped and shot just the one image. I love it so.

Moments like this have defined my career as a photographer

BC SOFTWEAR AT PENNYHILL PARK

For the past few years my photography and videography has gradually moved away from the wedding sector. My other photo and film projects now make up around 70% of all bookings.

Honestly this has been such a creative time with so many diverse projects to capture including weddings too !

One of these is BC Softwear who provide luxury towels, bathrobes and much more to the spa and hotel industry. They are so brilliant to work with.

MALLORCA CHILL

A few days in the Balearics last week with my beautiful girl.
So invigorating,totally chilled, lots of walking, bus travel only, water action and sunshine!

So I came to Paguera to cover a cool music event for the Modcast gang in 2022 and 2023. A short walk away from the hustle of the town it’s another world - magical coves and few people around Cala Fornells.

My fave is the walk to the hidden gem of Caló d’en Monjo through a pine wood... just amazing. Swim out to the rock in the middle of the cove and dive in!

Just enough time for a Palma trip - such a majestic city with shades of both Barcelona and Madrid in the style and architecture.

Stayed in a fab boutique hostel called Hostal Neptuno just back from the beach. What a lovely place to stay.
