Today I was sent behind the scences! Can you believe the difference??

12 weeks landed me this change! 12 weeks of consistency, hard work and dedication. I trusted the process with Chenery Fitness Thomas Chenery and ate many coco pops in sight! Its all science baby! 🧡💪

So twice today ive had to come out of my shop and ask people not to sit on my studio windows! Since when did a windowsill look like a chair????

Ive already had part of my windowsill broken because of it!

Have some respect for our town and sit on benches or chairs provided in our town, theres plenty of them!

I get asked often "is it too late to book" "have i booked to early?"

First answer "yes"
Second answer "no"

Im fully booked for weekends for the rest of this year

I have odd midweek appointments left october and December only (excluding those due to have a baby ive left space for you)

Heres my booking times

Cake smashes book from 6 months

Maternity book from first trimester

Weddings book from 2 years in advance

Studio sessions like couples and family's book from 5 months

Fitness and body confidence shoots book from 6 months

Branding sessions 6 months (then we have plenty of time to plan your brand!)

If you think im joking im not. If you want to plan ahead and book with a booking fee to secure your spot and plan/save until your session, this is the best way to do it
