Today marked the start of a new challenge… and a new plan. 💪

Here’s my story.
After years of battling injuries, I reached a point where no PT wanted to train me. I walked out of consultations in tears after hearing the same words over and over again:
"I can’t work with you — your injuries are too complex."

Then I turned to Mayhem Gym – Chenery Fitness for help.
And do you know what I found? Absolutely no judgement. Just support, understanding, and the right guidance to help me reach my ultimate goal — getting strong, feeling good, and becoming toned again.

Tom has been incredible. He’s shown nothing but encouragement and worked around my herniated discs, spinal fusion, fibromyalgia and IBS to create a tailored plan that actually works for me.
And today… that bad boy officially started. 🔥

When I first collaborated with Mayhem, I saw a gentleman in a wheelchair training like an absolute legend. Watching him inspired me to stop waiting and just go for it.

It’s so clear that Tom and Sarah genuinely want the best for everyone chasing their goals — including those of us with underlying health challenges.

So guys… watch this transformation.

Lindsay has spent her whole life fighting for additional support in the gym, and now she’s finally found the right people to stand beside her.

CM Detailing

A support Monday share. I saw him cleaning two cars on my estate at the weekend and poped by to grab some advice! My car is next on his list!

Sessions will commence in gosberton! Dont book if you can't travel.
