Sorry for lack of updates, I've just been a bit busy.

Anyway, we got the high in the end for the weekend and it settled down nicely, especially today 🌞, with temps around the mid twenties for most, away from the coast, as per.

Where we going from there ?
Well not brillaint and models have backed away a "little" bit ...bare with me.

Monday largely dry day and temps around 20, but cloud looks to build in through the morning and sunshine will be limited unfortunately.

Tuesday sees a low that's north west of us and it just has enough influence to pull up a front from a SW direction, and this looks like it will effect some parts Wednesday as well. Mid to high teens for temps.

Once that clears, and the high looks like it pushes in again for Thursday Friday and temps look to respond to around the mid twenties again and settle things down.

So for now, Tuesday and Wednesday look iffy, temps stay around average though, and then high should build back in from Thursday onwards πŸ‘..not a wash out

Some patchy drizzle around this morning for Friday, but this should start clearing into the afternoon and evening and we should see some evening sunshine and feeling a little warmer than late.

Saturdays looks good for most, but holding back along the coast for temps. I'll try have a look later and see why. Hopefully it's not the low cloud malarkey!!
So temps range from high teens to low twenties. Better further inland away from them coast.

Sunday looks good for many, mid twenties 🌀🌞

Mondays is looking the same as Sunday.

Been a bit busy recently, but I'll get some finer details out later, hopefully

Update on this high presure. 🌀🌞🌞🌞

Still set for decent weekend and temps start responding from Friday.

High preasure settling things down and warming up to mid twenties. This, as it stands goes into next week as well, with the possibility of it warming up some more at times. It all depends on the positioning of the high.

Anyway, better weather on the way ..and yes I'm well up for it and love it πŸ˜€

I know this isn't weather-related, but I'd really appreciate it if people could take a moment to read and share this petition.

From September 2026, the Government plans to stop the remuneration paid to UK Coastguard Rescue Service volunteers for attending call-outs. While none of us volunteer for the money, that small payment helps cover some of the costs and sacrifices that come with responding at any time of day or night, often at short notice and for many hours at a time.

With the rising cost of living, many volunteers may find themselves having to make difficult decisions about whether they can afford to leave work or family commitments to respond to an emergency. This could impact the availability of Coastguard teams around the country and place additional pressure on already stretched emergency services such as the police and ambulance service.

If you support the work carried out by Coastguard volunteers and believe this decision should be reconsidered, please take a moment to read, sign and share the petition.

Thank you.

Patience is a virtue ...🌞.

So we have high pressure building in next week, but it looks like we have to wait until Thursday/ Friday onwards to see it established properly over the UK.

The Azores high only creeps in this week and it looks like we're have to see our weather from the Atlantic for now. That being said, due to the high sticking its nose πŸ‘ƒ in, it does look like, the worst of the weather will be a north south split with most of precipitation sticking to the North of us, and we see some showers at times with some patchy drizzle...not looking a wash out anyway, but winds from a NW direction, so cooler than average in my opinion.

As we we go into the weekend and beyond, it looks like we will see mid twenties +.

Bleedy fantastic in my view and can't flipping wait πŸŒžπŸŒžπŸŒžπŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚. πŸ˜πŸ–•πŸ–•πŸ–•

So in a nutshell..just be patient, it's coming πŸŒ€πŸŒžπŸ™‚, we just have to get through a few iffy days next week.

Latest update on this low.
Winds inland should ease up a bit late afternoon onwards and along coastal and exposed locations.

Coastal regions still look to see 30-40 mph though and its not until later in the evening, they drop off some more.

Cloud should start breaking from around 5pm onwards from the west

Trebarwith weather station is up bk and running ...

Latest gust along the north coast at Trebarwith. Backed to a W, Gust have increased again as expected, and we look to get 50+ mph along the coast and exposed locations. In wouldn't be surprised to see close to or 60mph at times. More info on my page. Loads of post for this low.

Nothing unusual for the SW, but its the wrong time of year πŸƒπŸ’¨πŸ€£. And why did the Met Office wait until 3am for the warning, when the low was already causing issue. I feel for the people at Royal Cornwall, especially as this could of been put out yesterday and saved people alot of hassle and money.
I was on the charts for days prior .
