What should you actually wear for a headshot session? It's the question I get asked more than any other before a shoot.

Solid colours over patterns (fine stripes can shimmer oddly under studio light), a top that contrasts with the backdrop rather than matching it, and above all - comfort. Tension in a collar shows up in your face before you even notice it yourself.
