Personalised birthday cake for your baby’s first or second birthday. Cake Smash is a new & unique way to create precious baby photos on their first & second birthday & such a memorable experience at CT Images in Bolton! We provide your child with a giant cupcake in whatev

er colours you’d like and then record your child’s hilarious expressions as they are allowed to get messy grabbing, squishing and eating the cake. GIRLS BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
Our unique party photo shoots for children take place at our Bolton town centre studio by Suzanne who has over 14 years experience organising exciting kids birthday parties they will remember forever ! We believe every young girl is unique and beautiful. They started with our volunteer projects with local youth groups where we developed a passion for seeing girls feel confident in who they are and not having to conform to a certain image. The parties encourage girls to be themselves and have fun posing for photographs with their friends. Its not only a great birthday treat, but a fab way of making memories with a group of friends your daughter has at this particular stage of her life.

Anyone else enjoying their Summer before starting a new chapter in September?

Maybe you’re launching a new business, updating your website, starting a new role, or perhaps it’s simply been years since you had a photo of yourself that you actually like.

A good headshot isn’t about looking perfect—it’s about looking like you on your best day. Relaxed, approachable, and confident.

I know being in front of the camera isn’t everyone’s favourite place to be, me included, so my aim is always to make the experience comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.

Drop me a message for a chat—I’d love to help you create photos you’ll actually enjoy using. 📷

Thanks everyone for your orders so far. If you’ve not had yours through yet, do take a look in your junk folder. Occasionally e-mails seem to want to go there instead. 😁

I’m posting this photo of Phoebe in her acro costume, partly as a reminder to all the dance parents to order your Rise show photos, but mostly so she can look back on this one day and feel proud of herself.

She’s been dancing with Rise since she was 3 years old and has loved every minute of it. But over the last couple of months, she’s really struggled with mastering a cartwheel. We’ve practised at home, watched YouTube videos, copied techniques… but it just wasn’t clicking. It started to knock her confidence, and she wasn’t her usual bouncy, excited self before dance.

Then, I’m sure with the encouragement of her fantastic teacher, she started focusing more on helping the younger girls in her class. Some of them couldn’t do cartwheels either, and she told me she wanted to show them that you can still enjoy something, even if you’re not the best at it.

Wow. What a life lesson for a 6-year-old to understand!

We’re still practising those cartwheels, and maybe one day she’ll get it… and maybe she won’t. But seeing her be okay with that, while still loving dance and looking forward to performing, makes me incredibly proud. She’s so excited for the dance show that she asks every single morning, “Is it today?”

It’s made me wonder… what have I stopped doing that I loved, simply because I wasn’t very good at it?

I might have to set myself a new goal to - be more Phoebe. ❤️

Hi everyone! I thought I’d introduce myself for those who are new here. For those who have been with me for a while, have I ever actually done one of these? 🤔😆

I’m Suz, a photographer based in Bolton, specializing in kids photography.

I should probably admit (though you’ll soon find out)that I’m terrible at social media. I know it’s important for a small business, but I’d much rather be chatting with families, getting to know my clients, and photographing those real, beautiful moments that tell a story.

My favourite shoots are cake smashes but I love a photo party, family portrait or a head shot too. I enjoy sharing what I know in workshops or one to one sessions when I can fit them around my busy little family.

I’m a proud mum (though very sleep deprived) of two little ones, wife to my biggest cheerleader, my husband, and servant to our crazy dog, Cooper!

Thanks for stopping by and supporting my little business. Whether you’re a past client, a future client, or just here to support my work, I’m so glad you’re here!

Please do tag me in your photos if you’re posting something I’ve taken for you.
Please also say Hi or remind me to post something if I’ve not been on for a while. I’d love the encouragement to get better at this 💙x

A gorgeous group of girls in the studio on Saturday celebrating the 10th birthday of the completely divine Maddison May! A special little trip down memory lane for Maddison’s Auntie, who had her own photo party here over a decade ago (I won’t even try to remember exactly how long… it only makes me feel old 🤦‍♀️). It’s such a privilege to still be trusted to capture these special moments for such lovely families. 🩷
