We're a small family group of Explorers who love nothing better to do than seek out Forgotten Building's, Mental Asylum's, Disused Hospital's... I could list forever! Based in North Wales, we regularly hit the road in search of Hidden & Forbidden places we can capture on camera before they're lost forever (or trashed)

Seen somewhere empty? Let us know & we'll do our best to check it out, also
please share your finds here on our page or just say hello!

On the coast of Cruden Bay lie the remains of Slains Castle. The original castle has been reconstructed may times since its construction in 1597 by the Earl of Erroll. The ruin you see today is the inevitable result of the castle’s location and various misfortunes becoming the owners over time. The owners, the Earls of Errol, were an influential family in the Cruden Bay area for many years and prospered after William Hay married the daughter of King William IV. Overtime the Hays fell upon hard times and in 1919 the castle and contents were sold to Sir John Ellerman. He gave up the castle in 1925 and the roof was removed to avoid paying taxes.

St. Peter's Seminary is a former Roman Catholic seminary in Scotland.
It has been described by the international architecture conservation organisation Docomomo as a modern "building of world significance".
It has been abandoned since 1987.
It is one of only 42 post war buildings in Scotland to be listed as Category A, the highest level of protection for a building of "special architectural or historic interest".

The Clune Park Regeneration area consists of 430 flats in 45 four storey tenement buildings. The majority of the flats are small, with 69 bedsits, 310 one bedroom flats and 51 two-bedroom flats. As a result the area has one of the highest densities of housing in Inverclyde. The Clune Park estate also has the highest rate of below tolerable standard (BTS) housing and the highest void rates of any neighbourhood area in Inverclyde.

As uneasy revisit to Port Glasgow for this explore, I didn’t think a place could be let down anymore than it already has done, a war between Council & Owner Occupied has left a once loved ship workers homes.
These Tenement Sandstone block building still look amazing now even after people stopped loving this place.
Flat’s are still for sale here for £10,800

If walls could talk… Well, I do believe they do.
Erie feeling while walking these corridors, & could easily get lost here.

Father Michael Higginbottom, 74, was jailed for 17 years in April after being found guilty of a catalogue of abuse concerning a boy, then aged 13 and 14, at St Joseph's College at Upholland in the 1970s.

The Wellington Rooms also known as the former Irish Centre is a Regency building in Liverpool.
The Neo-Classic building was designed by the architect Edmond Aikin & built between 1815–16 as a subscription assembly room for the Wellington Club. It was originally used by high society for assemblies, dance balls and parties. The Wellington Club wound up in 1922.
Between 1923 & 1940 it was the Embassy Club being used for tea dances, classes and weddings. During WW2, the building became the first base for the Rodney Youth Centre though bomb damage in 1941 damaged all of the original ceilings with the exception of the ballroom.
The building officially opened as Liverpool Irish Centre on 1 February 1965 hosting ceilis, music, drama performances as well as serving as a base for clubs and societies..
The Irish Centre relocated in the 1990s, and the building became derelict.
